Exchanges and replacements

Our easy exchange policy lasts 10 days. If you experience issues with your purchase and notify us by email at support@thecosmopop.com before 10 days have gone by since delivery date, we will be able to assist you by sending a replacement at no or reduced cost. Our goal is to keep you happy and satisfied and we will do our best to make that happen! 

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. Postage would be at the expense of the buyer.
Please make sure to email us at support@thecosmopop.com and we will provide you with the return address and answer any other questions you may have in this regard. 

Refunds 
Once the item has been shipped and the order fulfilled we can no longer cancel the order and you will need to wait until you receive the item to ship it back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds
