Our easy exchange policy lasts 10 days. If you experience issues with your purchase and notify us by email at email@example.com before 10 days have gone by since delivery date, we will be able to assist you by sending a replacement at no or reduced cost. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. Postage would be at the expense of the buyer.
